Privacy in the free beta

Nova Dunk is operated by Meridian Alchemy LLC.
We store chosen player names, guest profiles, progress, equipment and match records to operate the game. Other players may see names and results. Use a nickname rather than personal information.
An essential session cookie keeps a profile signed in for up to 30 days. The browser also stores settings and local highlights. Clearing browser data can remove local content and access to a guest profile.
Cloudflare hosts the website and database; Fly.io hosts multiplayer. Hosting services process connection information and technical logs to deliver and secure the game. Zoho handles support email. We do not sell personal information.
Contact privacy@novadunk.com for access or deletion requests. Include your player name and information needed to identify your profile, never passwords or recovery phrases. We may verify the request. Game records remain while needed to operate the beta and address security issues; backup deletion may take additional time.
The public beta does not require a wallet or process deposits. It is intended for ages 13 and older. Contact us if a child under 13 has provided personal information.
